How it works

Your plan is a text file. That's the whole idea.

Milestone Markup Language (MML) describes a whole project — tasks, durations, dependencies, resources, budgets — in a format you could write in Notes app. No dialog boxes required.

Type it

Write a task per line. Add a duration, point it at what it depends on, tag who's doing it. That's a complete task definition.

See it

It renders instantly as an interactive Gantt, Week, Month, Year, or per-resource chart — drag to reschedule, and the markup updates right along with it.

Trust it

Critical path, resource conflicts, weekends, and public holidays in 100+ countries are worked out automatically — every time you edit.

Why plain text

The fastest part of any planning tool is the part you never see.
